I've just 40K on my 07 altima, and still have the stock tires on it. The are not quite to the wear indicators, but they are very close. I'm not going to put the Continentals back on, as once the are about 1/2 to 3/4 worn that get real noisy and their wet traction really suffers.
For what its worth, I am going to replace mine with the General Altimax HP tires. They are reasonably priced and have gotten some really good ratings/reviews.
