Explain....

Can someone explain the whole suspension thing. what are the differences in GC's, coil overs, springs, struts and all dat bull shit. i don't know what to get for my ride. what's expensive and what's not?? whats better for performance???

jus explain what's the difference!

i think i might get coil overs cuz they are adjustable height, right?
