wax on second day

So I cleaned the car today and I only had enough time to do a coat of scratch and swirl remover but I run out of daylight. Would it ok to do wax next day? I don't have a garage so the is car outside.

Yeah, sometimes i like waxing the second day just cause im positive its nice and dry. The hate starting to apply wax and then baam, you run into a small area that wasnt as dry as you thought.
