yellow stains on my brand new white sedan

we just picked up a 2008 altima sedan last Thurs and i washed it today and noticed that there was a yellow tint showing thru the white paint in some spots only around the wheel wells and mainly the plastic parts the bumpers, mud flaps and the plastic rocker molding i tried everything from goof off to lacquer thinner i even wet sanded it with 1500 and then used med compound and its still there does anyone know what this could be and how to get it off.

i was reading on a corvette website that if you get tar on the car even thou you cleaned it off a few hours later the oils can stain the paint and turn the white yellow but they didn't talk about how to fix it. there was no tar on this car but it was rust proofed because its all over the bottom of the car maybe they got it on the car at the factory but anyway is there any tricks i can try before bringing it to the dealer because i will demand a new car i do not want them painting it because like we all know that could lead to more problems.

thanks,
tony
