Rock Paint Chips in bumper

I own a 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. When I bought it, there were little white chips in the paint. The owner claimed rocks coming up from the road and hitting the car. There are quite a few of them all across one side of the front bumper and it takes away from the car. Would it look tacky to touch every single one up with the black touch up paint?

Not if you do it right. Be prepared to take some time, as it may if you actually do it the right way.

If its really annoying do it right in the 1st time. Have the panel repainted. Using a touch up paint may not solve it specially if there are so many of it.
