Resetting Check Engine Light

Anyone know how to remove the Check Engine light cause my dad took my mom Sentra to have it repaired cause it was leaking oil really badly until we found out it was the gasket between the motor and the tranny. And after the mechanic replaced it, the check engine light came on. What do you guys think? I know the dealership charge a lot just to turn it off.

If its a Sentra that has an OBDII
U can go to an auto zone and grab the OBD reader all you need is ur ID. Check why it came on and clear it.

Thats how I do it for my car
