Removing 96 200sTransmission Motor Mount

I have a 1996 Nissan 200sx with a bad manual transmission motor mount. I am having a tough time getting the bolt that goes through the rubber piece off. Is there a nut on the other side and if so, how do you get to it? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance and take care.

when mine got stuck like that, i had to use my pry bar and the impact driver to pry and unscrew at the same time. you can try to maybe mess with the level of the transmission to possibly ease the load on the bolt for it to come out easier.

Removing Trans Mount

Thank you so much for the response. What ended up happening was hat the welded nut broke free and I had to cut open the frame rail to get to the nut. I ended up cutting the bolt and replacing it with a nut, bolt, and washer. Now I may have an issue with the front mount as well which is much easier to remove and replace. Thank you again and have a great day.
