Need help on ECU diag.

Hi again.....

Actually, I'd blown up 2 time of my GA16de engines. both are due to hi-temp and I was at 190km/h.

Now with my used GA16de, I can only manage to go to 175km/h. does my ECU has problem or what can I do to get back to more than 200km/h?

200 kph = 125 mph
the b14 ecu here has speed limiter at 109 mph howerver it calculaters this, use standard tire size and speed/rpm i guess
