your going to need to replace the rear bumper cover as well. something about the tail lights hang a little lower, not sure. i just know when you try and swap an 04 bumper on to an 03 it looks like shiznit, big gaps underneath the tails.

you aren't going to need to replace the bumper. plenty friends of mine have them on their 00-03's and they have no new bumper. like i said before they just don't fit perfect.

thank you all for your time ..... but i just tinted my tails after all... screw all that work and money i just tinted my lights then my friend who is a cop told me that i might get a ticket for that tint because the light reflectors that come on the rear lights are for "safety" so by tinting them you can get a ticket .... again $10 bucks for the tint remover???? i'm all about making my car look bad ass so i'm not gonna take it of so....$2 bucks later with bike reflectors... wait before you all laugh and think it looks stupid let me tell you it's a 2 piece kit one is a sticker about 5" long and 1/2 inch wide (color red) and a round piece now the round piece is not a sticker but it does stick so the long one i placed it 1" away from the trunk slanted but vertical and the round part on the side let me tell you no ticket i'm all legal take that to a CHP and tell to kiss it..... i'll post pics when i get my camera workin : ^>

well everybody has an opinion between spraying and tinting. tint can rip and stuff too. you're tails are not screwed.

the vht tinted tails in the how to: tint are the same tail lights in the how to:04 tails on 02 spec. i gave my tinted tails to my friend and he cleaned the vht off. it looks damn good if you ask me and you can tell that in the pics of him installing them
