Is there any projector headlights out in the market for a 2006 Spec-V? I've been looking everywhere but I can't find anything.

There are no aftermarket projectors for the 04-06. You will have to retrofit your own. There is a company coming out with some for the 00-03 though. There's a thread in this section asking about test fitting. Maybe contact them and ask if they will come out with 04-06 headlights.
