Replace Rear Calipers

I have a 2001 Sentra SE. I use Brembo rotors and Akebono pads. The right rear caliper started dragging and the mechanic said I need to replace both- $156 each for just parts. This sounds excessive. My pads are still good. He is willing to use my aftermarket parts. What do you all suggest?

More than likely just needs the sliders greased. Calipers usually leak when they go bad.
