cricket noise?

when im driving my spec i can hear a cricket noise.. its not that loud but just gets annoying. i dont know where its coming from , all i know is that it sounds like a high pitched cricket noise. has anyone else ever had this problem? any help would be great

Check the housing for your overhead compartment. There is a metal clip on the front that holds the housing in place. The clip eventually starts to loosen and vibrate against the other metal pieces. I think your cricket might be there.
