trany help

I have a 2001 sentra gxe atx. I have code p0745. The trany shifts hard and OD is gone. The OD flashes on start up. I unpluged the tcu so it stays in 3rd.
I read that there should be a dropping resistor That I do not have or cant find. There is nothing by the strut. Is there any thing I can do or do I have to replace the solenoid? Thanks
