Q's about 02 Spec with no motor...

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2002 Spec-V with 7XXXX miles for really cheap. The "catch" is it has no motor. The car is complete other than the missing motor. It has a clean title. I want to know if its worth it or not with it having no motor? If I post a pic of the engine bay, can you experts tell if there's anything else missing or not? I plan on looking at it on Sun so I need some quick answers, please. I feel for the price, it's too good of a deal to pass up but I want to make sure before I pull the trigger.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
