You need to do the idle air relearn procedure to clear the computer. Right now your car doesn't know it has a new throttle body and to clear it's trouble codes. The computer is basically trying to keep you from hurting the engine. do a search for the the procedure.

so is an idle relearn different from clearing the code with that diagnostic tool? cuz i have the tool that reads codes and stuff, and deletes it with the computer. i really don t wanna get a new throttle body again so freeaking expendsive. but i will go look into how to relearn the computer

Ye sthe idle air relearn has to do with teaching the car when the throttle peddle is pressed all the way down and when it's released because our cars do not actually have a throttle cable going to the engine they are I guess you could call it throttle by wire they use resistance to tell the throttle body how much to open. Takes about 5mins to do properly. No tools needed just your key and some spare time.
