tv/dvd player install

I have a panasonic cq-vd7001u dvd player. And i was wanting to know if i can hook up my factory sub and amp to it. Can anyone please help me.

most likely need a harness for it along with the dash kit to make it flush.
not a sound guy, but think the any of the speakers on the amp would be fine but other speakers would have to handle the 50 watt peak.
