can someone tell me if the headers are suppose to replace the pre cat??

yes, the pre-cat is in the header. if you replace with AM header, it will most likely not have the pre-cat in it. have only seen pre-cat in Nismo S-tune and factory Nissan headers. some states (like CA) require that you keep the pre-cat, so be careful of local emissions laws.
