03 spec v problem

Whats up guys,

A few weeks ago my car started running like crap. It seemed to have a dead spot in the power band between 3000 and 3500 rpm. About a week later I started it and it had a really rough idle and felt like it was only running a few cylinders. I changed the crank and cam sensors and it ran fine for couple weeks and now its running like shit again. Any help on this would be great.

I had the same problem on my 03 i ended up changing out the spark plugs and it ran fine, dunno if its the same issue though.
