First off I know I posted on the wrong forum cause I own a coupe. But A/C forum is most likely dead.I'm a newbie on this stuff so help me out guys.I'm thinking to purchase Pioneer AVIC-D3 and rear view camera. Do you know any good place to sell it other than ebay ? Do I need anything other than a navigation unit ? harmless wires ? Can I use vol control on my steering wheel after navi is installed ? If not, do I need anything to make it work ? Thanks a lot for your help.

I bought mine a while ago... I bought the D3x package from abt.com (they don't have it anymore, I just checked)
I got my reverse camera from cartronixplus.com
you need a wiring harness (to go from OEM to Pioneer, so you don't have to cut up your OEM wires) and an antenna adapter... I got both from ebay together for about 10 bucks shipped...
you also need a dash kit... I got the OEM one... look around in the FAQ for the part number...
Steering wheel controls will not work without an adapter... I got the PAC SWI (Steering Wheel Interface) from ebay... (but I think they're coming out with a new version soon, more sensitive and quicker response from what I've heard)
check out avic411.com (they have some good info... on the unit, install, and on good deals on the unit...)
If you wait a few more weeks for the CES 2009 (Consumer Electronics Show ). You might see something newer and better than current navagation models currently out. This yearly show has everything coming out for home and mobile use. check out the CES 2009 WEBSITE OR CNET .
Also, Crutchfield is a great place to get car electronics from. they also give you the harness, antenna adapter, mounting kit, instructions, etc... with only $5 shipping for everything. I have a Reference code also for the place so you can get $20 off your entire purchase (PM Me). Make sure wherever you get your audio equipment from is an authorized reseller. Manufacturers don't have to (and most don't) honor their own warranty without purchase from an authorized Dealer. Crutchfield isn't the cheapest but after all the accessories they come pretty close and they have a good return/replacement policy.

I think Crutchfield gives you an American Standard dash kit or something... the texture doesn't match OEM... so if you do go with them... you may want to eventually get the OEM one... and I think the brackets are plastic on that one... where as if you use the OEM one... you can use the OEM metal brackets...
Got a Pioneer F700BT navi/cd/MP3/iPod/bluetooth HU from crutchfield for $500. Damn decent price, if you ask me. Their replacement policy is good, too. I blew a set of Infinity Kappa 6x9 speakers 3 times and the replaced them 3 times before they asked me any questions. Then they refused to replace the speakers, but instead offered a store credit for the amount of purchase.
I have the pioneer D3x like I've said.. and I love it... although... pioneer nav is not the best... a lot of people prefer the kenwood nav because I think its garmin based... but I LOVE the pioneer interface and features... nav isn't that important to me... and it gets me where I need to be when I occasionally use it... even if it does take a stupid route to get there... and it reroutes VERY quickly when you miss or purposely go another way... everyone that I know that has OEM nav is any car is always impressed with how quickly it reroutes...
