U have two options, do it yourself or pony up and buy the map update disk. I have garmin in my double din so it's easy as running a usb cord from the back of the system and plugging it into your laptop. Download an open and open gps undate from the internet and delete hard drive files and replace with new ones.

Easy as that.

have you ever updated factory gps head units?? A lot of the single and double din aftermarket head units have front and rear usu interfaces, so I guess updating those maps would be easier

almost all new pioneer indashes have iphone, android options that when you plug your phone into the head unit it uses the phone for gps navigation i think thats the way to go.
