Wiring subs and amp

i have these 2 12 inch subs

and this amp

this are the specs on the amp:
Maximum Output Power @ 2 Ohms:
400W x 2CH Power Output @ 2 Ohms:
175W x 2CH Power Output @ 4 Ohms:
125W x 2CH Power Output Bridged: 350W x 1CH THD: 0.05% Signal to Noise Ratio:

50Hz to 1kHz Variable Low-pass:
30Hz to 500Hz Variable Slope:
24dB Octave Subsonic Filter:

20Ax2 Dimension (WxHxL): 9.96" x 2.12" x 15.90"

what my question/problem is. which is the best possible way of wiring this setup, according to the specs. since the subs are dual voice coils i was wondering if i could wire them so the amp gives the 2 channel 800 watts at 2 ohms???? is this possible????? how would i wire it????can someone just tell me just what to do???

we're missing THE most crucial spec.. the impedance.. and I can't find it anywhere on memphis' site, either..

there's a chance you could damage your amp... I think e-mailing them would be a good idea.. bring up the point that it's not mentioned ANYWHERE on the site too...

then you'd definately wire the coils in series, the wire the subs in parallel.. like this:

but if you bridge it won't it drop back down to a 2ohm load? And from personal experience if you go lower ohm than what your amp can handle your amp will fry before your speakers blow but in this case i see that the amp is capable.

you're kinda on the right track... it will be a 4 ohm load on the amp.. but it'll be a 2 ohm load on each channel... so he should be fine..

to further explain, since each sub is dual 4 ohm, wiring each sub in series makes each a single 8 ohm sub essentially, then wire those subs in parallel shows the amp a SINGLE 4 ohm load, ideal for that amp
