Excellence Nissan - Chicoutimi Quebec

So this nissan dealership in Chicoutimi is the WORST service I have ever experienced. I walk in there one day to change my plates cause I moved provinces and 4 salesmen walked right by me without offering ANY help! hello? I just walked in here after getting out of a brand new Altima SE-R. The least you can do is help me! So after I stand at the "service desk" (if they can even call it that) for 10 mins someone finally helps me. And when they do, she passes me off to someone else who says that he`ll call me back. Does he? nope! I call back a week later to see if he knows how I can change my plates and he said that he hasn`t received any info from Nissan Canada. What a lie! I called Nissan Canada shortly after leaving this dealership and told me that they faxed paper work to them to change my plates. So either Nissan Canada is lying or the dealership is.

Then I called the stealership again today (two weeks after I originally saw them) and they said that they haven`t received any info from Nissan Canada. So I call Nissan Canada today and they tell me that their computers are down!! I am having the worst experience with Nissan!!
