Town Center Nissan - Kennesaw, GA (Atlanta)

OK. After looking around here, I am realizing that many people use the Dealership Reviews to gripe, but I am here to tell you a good story! I bought my new car (2007 Altima 3.5SL) Nov. 2nd and I have already taken it in for it's first scheduled maintenance. The dealership has been great! About two months before the new Altimas were released I went to the dealership and met with a salesman who was very nice. I told him that we were interested in the new Altimas when they showed up, not the current ones. He sat us down and made a bunch of notes about what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. We went in a couple more times before Nov. just to see the other new cars they were releasing (Sentra and Maxima), and he let us take a test drive in a loaded Maxima to see how we liked the CVT.
As soon as the new Altimas showed up on the lot he called me to let me know. He said that they didn't have the exact car that we were looking for, but if we wanted to look at what they had received he would be there whenever we wanted. My wife and I went over and weren't sure what we wanted so he told us to go home and think about it, not to make a rush decision. The next day I came back to buy the car. There was the typical negotiation over the price/payment/etc. when purchasing the car, but once we had agreed on everything it was a very smooth and easy process. The finance manager took very good care of me.
We have taken the car back twice to the dealer for scheduled appointments. Once to have the tint applied (part of the deal when we purchased a car with black leather), and once for it's first scheduled maintenance. Both times we were offered (and once we took) a loaner vehicle. The service department has been great. I have been a huge pest to them about other parts (iPod adapter, spoiler, etc.) and they have been very gracious to help me find out anything they could about the parts.
I would highly recommend that anybody NW of Atlanta stop by and check out Town Center Nissan. The salesman that treated us so well was Percy Sledge, and I will be purchasing another car from him in the future because of how well he treated us!

How did I miss this section? Anyway I went to Town Center and I must say first of all, the place was clean which was a plus I can't tell ya how many nissan dealers are dirty...Literally. I'm talking paper on the floor, old rusted water stains on the walls and ceilings, dirty seats etc. Imo if I'm going to take on a liability of $20k,$30k,$33k, or even $13k, the place better look sharp. Town, in general had a relaxing feel to it and the guy that dealt with me wasn't pushy.

But anyway, out of all the stealerships I went to, Towns was one of the best imo. The guy there I dealt with didn't have the car I wanted but tried his best and wasn't an habitual liar or a##hole...unlike Gwinnett Place Nissan(<--luckily I didn't buy from them), but I'm not going to jack your thread going into detail about GPN and there ways.

I have heard very polarizing stories about GPN... but if you ever go into Town Center Nissan again, ask for Percy and tell him Charles sent you... he is absolutely the best guy to work with there. And tell him that if he doesn't take good care of you, I'll hear about it. (I am about to purchase a new Titan, and he wants the sale!)
