Service experience at habberstad nissan

This is crazy already...Have had my 2007 3.5 SE with premium package for about 8 months now and heres my list...Side mirror replaced because the blinker inside it wasn't working. Center Console arm rest being replaced because it wouldn't close...Lumbar electric seat cushion device whatever its called popped or broke and needs to be replaced...Also experiencing problem with the seat shifting when turning. Not to mention the key recall...Now of course this is the defects of Nissan not the dealership but the dealership needs to be 100 percent behind the product...From my experience Habberstad nissan service department Manager treats customers without respect. I thought it was common practice and courtesy of dealerships to not charge for petty things that need to be done such as giving a free oil change or just rotating the tires, so i asked if there was anything they can do for me since I have been having so many problems and keep having to come in. The service manager treated me without respect and in a condescending voice told me that they didn't make the car and its not their fault. I have had cars their that they have serviced which they did not fix properly which took a lot of my time up keep in mind...Is that called integrity?...As a service manager your job is to make sure that all cars are being properly serviced and that customers are satisfied...Apparently he feels his job is to simply belittle his customers problems and have as little interaction with them as he can. Anyway just wanted everyone to know this before they get their car serviced their. If I was supposed to post this somewhere else I apologize.

Maybe we ought to tell the folks where this crapola dealer is, and any other's that may have given us grief!

Add Cerritos Nissan in Cerritos California to your list......The entire body shop is horrible. They can't even paint a car right......

Garden City Nissan is great so far. You do need to make an appointment though. The person who makes appointments has a bad attitude but the service guys are nice and actually look @ your car unlike some other dealerships. Mine is actually there as we speak with a Laundry list of problems. Star Nissan in Queens told me I was crazy I say otherwise. Hopefully Nissan of Garden City will be more helpful. I also went to Amity Nissan ahahahah what a joke that was. I drove it right out after the stupid technician decided to peel out with my car and alsmot take the whole side off. Did you know they dont like customers in the back of the service areas? lol

Thread from the past I know. I don't like habbestad nissan either, I walked in with INTENTIONS of purchasing a vehicle, however not a single sales person approached me since I'm still young (21).

Going to Garden City Nissan this weekend to look for Altimas and see what they have to offer.

TIM Dahle Nissan of Murray in UTAH.
Am from southern California, but due to work I drive up to Salt Lake City quite often. I have an 08 3.5 6M/T with the Tech Package with already 18500 miles on it. I take use to take it there all the time until I took it there for the 15000 mile service. First off from the start I know that the 15000 mile service is a rip off. (I have a nissan tech friend) So i take it there and tell him i dont need the wipers replaced since the car has not seen any rain or anything and they are basically new, I took my own oil mobil 1, and i have an injen intake so they wont have to replace the air filter. the service rep knows me pretty well and says I wont charge you for the labor on the oil nor will I charge you on the oil filter, he said it wouldnt be that much. it ended up being 196.00 and all they did was changed the oil, washed the car on the outside and change the in cabin air filter... that was it, no clutch adjusted, no e-brake adjusted, no wipers replaced, no fluids filled, no tires rotated, no air filter, no engine oil. I told them and called them after and they said that all the services had been done. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TIM DAHLE NISSAN IN UTAH rip off

maybe theyre just tired of you bringing in a car with so many problems lol jp. we have bought 7 cars from haberstad in the past 6 years. our salesman then continues to be our salesman now. the service dept is almost always willing to help and the techs almost never damage the cars in the process lol. the GM (Brandon Miller) isnt the nicest guy and hes a tad slimy. lucky we dont have to deal with him. for the people we deal with the dealer is more than adequate. no complaints. plus, all the cars we get are at or under cost.
