Thumbs down Horrible Experience at Napleton Nissan - Review

Just had a horrible car buying experience at Napleton Nissan (Napleton Nissan | Palm Beach Dealer | Nissan dealer in Riviera Beach, FL) in Riviera Beach, FL .

The experience was so bad that I'll never consider buying a new car from them!

sounds like Avondale Dodge out here. I bought a Cherokee, signed sealed and done....week later....."you need to come in and sign a new contract" (keep in mind I had a 750 ISAAC score....so pretty much perfect)

new deal my ass....they were looking to score more $$....I wasnt having it, demanded my chevy back (with a entire Alpine system in it that I was due to remove the next day...part of contract)......yea I got my truck back....minus a $2000 system (that they got to pay for).....couple years later I wanted a Tahoe they had....they tried to tack on a $2grand upgrade for rims and tires....that were already ON the vehicle....not some they just bought and put on. Thieves....licensed thieves. I hate dealers.

find something online, argue it out from peace in your own home where you are comfortable and relaxed, then you dont think with your eyes but with your mind and wallet. My first internet purchasding experience WILL NOT be my last. So much easier, less hassle....and the internet guys arent down your throat either.....they are actually some of the nicest people you will meet but never meet.

Post details of your experience.

I love going to car dealers because I love giving them a hard time. I was a salesman for a while so I know the game.

Care to elaborate, Honest-Reviewer? Not so sure how honest this really is.

yeah the car dealers give you so much hell to squeeze every dollar out of you. Happens even with slightly used ones through their certified pre owned program. They purposely keep you there for half a day to where you down so that you end up throwing in the towel and agreeing for other options.

I keep getting those stupid postcards saying they want to buy my 09 and only give me like an extra $3k towards a new one. I don't even go to the dealer for oil changes or other maintenance...would have to go for the cvt flush/check though but that won't be for another 58k miles as I had my cvt replaced about 2k miles ago
