TEC3 or AEM??????

I was wondering what the best EMS setup would be for my OBD1 setup.TEC3 or AEM, which is the better standalone. Does anyone now which would be the easiest to install. I remember how Black Hornet had to have a sensor welded to his crank pulley for his TEC2 install.. Are there any mods that have to be done for the installs? After the shop tune which would be easier to tune by PC software.
