Rear Wheel Conversion

Has anyone thought about doing a rear wheel conversion on their altima, I'm driving a 00 altima gxe and my friend was telling me i should do it...anyone's opinions about it?

He never said anything about RWD conversion, he just said "Rear Wheel Conversion". What does that mean? What do you want to convert the rear wheels into? Wagon wheels? Tank treads?
