I have a SE-R and was thinking of installing headers up front and leave the rest stock behind them. Would it a lot LOUDER than stock. How much louder on a scale of 1-10? I was looking at this b/c a local guy has some ss headers he wants to get rid of? How much are they worth brand new? Anyone know how they would react in winter temps? Sorry about all the question, but it seemed like the right thread to ask them in.

Since you have an SE-R, they might have certain fitment issues as some other people have been having with them for the 05 models. As for the sound level, it will be MUCH louder than stock on your car, since you don't have that huge resonator and cats to dampen the sound.

Altimat, you and Xtreme have the baddest sounding Altis. What offset do we need.. my car is at the shop right now replacing one of the struts (warranty) and I'm not sure which one to buy?? center/center... center/offset... offset/center etc.... Is it that 33" resonator that quites your headers so much!? Car sounds sweet!!

Velicos,
Do you have pictures of your setup . Your sound clips are the Shyt man. Your set up is exactly the way I want my car to sound and exactly the sound I was looking for out of a headers setup. Any out of car clips?
