Just did some research on vibrant, and they say most odf their street systems feature a resonator to assist in getting a low, deep, tone,. so vibrant loks like the ticket.

I just bought my Altima not too long ago and I haven't heard any altima with exhaust in person. I think the best one that I heard here is xtremeaudio's. I has a very deep sound which is what i want. are there any other systems that sound deep??

Revving Safe?

Hey
LOVE the exhaust vids some of you have posted. I definitely need to get something going with my Altima. Is it safe to rev the engine up hard in park like that? I'm sure I'll do it too pretty hard and post a vid, is it bad for the engine?

Cool Hey guys new member here

I was wondering if anyone ever considered using the flowmaster 60 series mufflers and is everyone running one or two muffler like the stock 3.5 Se i am thinking about going 40 series cause in my last vehicle that i put a muffler on it was sounding pretty sweet it was 03 ranger with the 4.0. Also is the resonator really needed to quiet down the exhaust that much?? Will it be too loud without it? Just curious never had a car like this and wanting to know more about it. Well i called the flowmaster tech support and asked their recommendation on what muffler would be good and the suggested a 50 series if it would fit cause the case is 17 inch long so would that fit? I just want a good nice sounding exhaust tone that is a bit louder than stock but not too loud to annoy.

I had the flowmaster on for a while before I put the headers on. I personally love the sound of the dynomax super turbo with the magnaflow resonator. Now I have headers on now, and the sound is just perfect. I can honestly say it sounds pretty damn close to a 350Z. If i could get some sound clips up i would.
