today i'm planning to go. the acceleration is totally different now. will post numbers and tomorrow will be going to the track to see if there was an improvement.
Which should I get first HS Headers or this SSV Manifold? Is there a big difference between a Nismo CAI and the CP-E intake?
If it were me i would get the intake, then headers, then exhaust, and THEN go with the ssv manifold......just my 2 cents

No HS headers yet. I spoke John 2 weeks ago and he told me to call him back in 2 weeks. I called him 3 times. During one call the receptionist or whoever handles the calls said something like, "we got a test car from nissan north america." I hope they did not forget me. I will call him next week. Regardless of what's on my car there WILL BE a before and after.

^^ Most likely not, the EGR tube I believe is re-circulated back into the intake manifold so they may have to modify and sell a different flavor for you guys - this includes the SE-R's.
My car is an 05, and yes the initial manifold that is being used for the test fit will not have the EGR connection. We are going to go ahead and as long as it does not affect performance I will go ahead with the dynos. It might throw a code but if everything still functions ok then I can live with it. Robert at kinetics does not beleive that there is any sensor that measures flow through the EGR tube and thus we should have no problems. If there happens to be one we may need get our hands on a dummy sensor to fool the computer or wait for Kinetics to incorporate the valve.
AltiAzul, I've heard multiple reports from people disconnecting the EGR tube when they did the header install on the 05+ Altima and they got really weird idling errors and erratic throttle up until 3.5-4k RPMs and then it was smooth sailing....
What is it attributed to? The ECU and a sensor somewhere is my guess, but I don't have the ESM for a 05 nor have ever seen a 05 so I couldn't be of any help here besides just relaying past situations that I've talked to people with.
