Mods no need for clean up this is related to his turbo kits. Tooslow wrote me a p.m asking which car, what he owes which shows he obviously doesn't know what the hell is going on between us. Tooslow you once tried to help me but I think this time you should stay out of it. It's appreciated but didn't work last time. Don't know if you still work for him but if you do then maybe you can help. I just want what is owed to me that's all. Don't get me wrong Tim makes good products but the way he runs his business is to be desired.
To the mods and members:
I am not trying to cause problems and hope this all goes well not just for me but for all members and people like Tim who support our community but its important that members here are informed. I was backed up against the wall and was forced to express the truth and future actions. I hope this gets resolved. I wish everyone happy turbos and a happy new year.

You're right and I guess I am being somewhat selfish and using this forum for my purpose. At the same time I'm trying to force Tim to do the right thing so hopefully it turns into a win win situation for everyone and keeps this from happening to anyone else. I don't want this to turn into a big mess so I apologize for opening a can of worms but I think Tim is capable of doing the right thing but if not you will get your full story. I don't want to mess things up for anyone.
yeah, I offered to try to help you, and you jump down my throat for asking. If you want help, spill the beans on the whole story. Hey sorry about that but you have to understand my frustrations. I'm the only one on here cause he is relatively new here but other people have had other problems not here but other places. If you read my other post I don't want to spill all the beans. My intentions are not to drag him completly through the mud but to make him aware. Like I said he does good work but the business side is yet to be determined. If you know me you should know I have been more than enough patient with him.
I cant wait to see this car with the built motor and the trans with this turbo setup. Not sure how someone with only one good arm will be able to control it though

I will give a brief synapse of the story.Bert wanted to buy one of the first turbo systems we did for Guerrero.He bought a kit from another shop/person who in turn bought it from us.Unfortunately the kit would not fit an automatic which I knew at the time of the sale.This other person said he could get it to work.This other person closed down his business.This other person crashed Berts car.This other person could not be found for sometime.Meanwhile, Bert had me ship parts to another company.All of a sudden some of the parts that I shipped were mysteriously lost between the six to eight months that this other shop had his car and by the time that this other person came back onto the scene. So there were some missing parts. All of a sudden I am having the finger pointed at me and asked to pay $1500.I didnt cause the mess,I didnt lose the parts and this whole mess occured over a two year period of time!!!!! This other person what Bert is dealing with is a young guy whos got some skills and made a few mistakes so I agreed to refund some money for the missing parts even though I honestly feel is is not my problem and unfortunatley,this kid cannot afford to take care of it so I figured I would do it at my convenience.Sorry if you dont lik that Bert but if the box in question was picked up immediatley after arriving at your shop of choice and I was told hey their is some missing parts that is one thing but when I am told 6 or 8 months later,that is bullshit.

I did what I needed to do so if you got a problem with it,take it up with your builder. It doesnt matter how much money you give someone if they are busy, then your project will get delayed.That sounds like what is happening and yet you are trying to blame me.BTW, I am not afraid of dragging my name or rep into the dirt because I have nothing to hide.It that simple.Ask Guerroro how he has been treated and how we always take care of his ride even four years later.Ask Altima NX how he has been treated,Ask Crhis Hernandez who we held turbo his Maxima how he was treated,Ask anyone that has dealt with us how they are treated and you will fine that your situation is a rare case and unfortuately,you didnt deal with us from the get go because you might of had a car running two years ago.I even offered for you to send it out but you refused so that is your decision and it sounds like you are still living with it,today.Take care and good luck.

And this is why it always sucks to go through the "middle man". It's always better to deal with the manufacturer directly whenever possible.
Sounds to me like Tim was being more than generous to offer to refund the cost of the "missing" parts. I know that if I personally shipped someone some parts, then they call me many months later telling me that there are parts missing I wouldn't refun shit.
