Props man, I'm a big fan of superchargers. Do you plan to increase the boost further?
IIRC the Eaton Model 90 on the GM 3800 (GTP, Regal GS, etc) is stock at 7.5-8.0psi. Reducing the pulley size slightly can get you to about 11 psi, then you need ECM changes to go further on the GM's. What do you expect to be the maximum safe boost to be on your VQ?
Great job!

This one was already replaced under warranty at 86000km (53750 miles). 30000 km (18750 miles) with this engine and it is still fine.

Nope, not OEM Clutch, I installed a Fidanza Flywheel, Exedy Stage 1 Clutch and 6 Speed HLSD Transmission at the same time as the supercharger.

I already have the pulley for 6.5 and 7.5psi on hand, but i want to upgrade the fuel system first.
Right now, I cannot go below 1/4 on the tank when I race on the Quarter miles track. Below that, The pump suck air at the end of the quarter miles. This is probably a bad tank and fuel pump reserve design.
Just for curiosity sake, what made you choose a roots style over a centrifugal charger? Were you looking for more even power delivery? I'm sure you could've fit in a centrifugal with the jack shaft in that same amount of space. Anyways, awesome build man.
not to be a party pooper but there has been a procharged 3.5 in ohio for a couple years. he is some old guy not on any forums or anything and he has like 15k miles on it supposedly it never comes out of the garage. also what did you need for the 6 speed swap was is just the trans and axles?
