Its seems that Supercharging would be safer on the engine than a turbo setup. I would go with whichever I could get my hands on the easiest. However, if I had the money to get whatever I wanted. There is nothing that compares to the sound of a turbo spooling up and spitting that intoxicating hiss out of the blow off valve. Not to fond of the supercharger whine myself.

That's not true...You are only in boost when you are at WOT...a supercharged car doesn't have boost all the time...The supercharger is always spinning but it's not producing boost unless you want it to...
