So I get the car back last night, drive about a mile and the clutch goes to the floor stays there and fluid is pouring out of it. I call the dealer and they have it taken to the shop and are looking at it. So my question is do you have to pull the engine to perform this TSB? I feel like they are going to try and run me around again and I need a leg to stand on.
Thanks guys!

i believe the TSB NTB07-042 is for the timing chain tensioner , so yes , it it possible that they pulled the engine to access it easier . ask the actual mechanic that did the work if he pulled the engine .
it is simple , you brought a full working car into the dealership to have a TSB fixed , they gave you back a broken car . its the dealers responsibility to fix it and return you a fully working car .
good luck , tell us how it turns out .
