Question Engine upgrade help!!!!

I have a 2005 nissan altima 2.5sl.
I was wondering what should i put as in a set, not like name brand set just all together-wise.
Although i was thinking about a INJEN air intake.
My preference would be more or less just a faster pick up and acceleration.
I also like drift style based car settings. So keep that in mind, and I noe you guys are saying really drift style means nothing. I am here to say it matters to me.

REALLY. Drifting style come on WTF? Drifting a FWD heavy ass 4 door family sedan is dumb and if you have an automatic that is even more gay. If you want improved acceleration then start with the usual intake/header/cat-back combo. Then move onto things like removing the balance shafts, crank pulley, spacers, camshafts, tune, etc.....Not sure what drifting has to do with what or how you do your engine mods since I could care less about drifting.

And read this if you haven't already.

Well in my area it is all curves from hell so if I race like i usually do in my vicinity I have to drift to no compare. I rarely have any place to really race with out the drift. Although thanks for the info though

If you just gotta drift then you got the wrong car lil buddy. Sell it and get you a 240SX. And in the future please refrain from posting before searching, it really pisses us off.

I'm not sure the OP knows what drifting is.

Azn, you really need to search: http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/eng...on-thread.html

why oh why would you buy a slow heavy four door if you want to drift? you obviously know nothing about drifting or cars.

Drift style = OP please define!

Drifting and FWD don't belong in the same sentence. I guess you're in some special club that practices how to drive in reverse for prolonged periods of time and do reverse donuts.

**** YOU GUYS! I DRIFT IN MY CAR TOO.
actually.. no, not really..

but to the OP, the only way you'll be drifting in our car is if you throw some trays under your rear tires with the e-brake engaged.

...or if you're altima02dub
