Liberals/socialist are shameless. The death of "a few" for the gain of many is perfectly acceptable in their eyes. An individual human life is just a commodity for the collective to use.

"Overtreatment" and "unnecessary procedures" are terms that we're all going to keep hearing over and over for many years to come.

They've targeted women with the first two "guideline changes" for mammograms and pap smears. So I'm sure men will be the next to be saved from "overtreatment" and "unnecessary procedures". I wonder what they will target? Prostate exams, testicular cancer screenings..................

The bottom line is, government should not be in the business of determining what is overtreatment and/or unnecessary procedures for individual Americans.

Power Lock Issue

I did a search but am unable to correctly identify my issue...

My drivers side door will not lock or unlock when using my keyless FOB or the power locks inside the car. The door will lock or unlock when manually moved.

What is wrong???

I Need Help With The Preload On The Rear Spring

OK Fellas I have BC Racing Coilovers and I am having trouble trying to understand how to adjust the preload on the rear spring. Since the spring is seperate from the shock how do I go about doing this install. I never really understand how the two piece suspension works, and trying to get the ride height correctly either help me please....:confused2

Get these parts out of my living room please. (1st gen Altima)

1. OEM headlights, kinda hazey, good for project $30 for the pair (no pic, sorry)

2. iBi1 front bumper (remember that?), primered, brand new ($400 reg. price) $100 Not as low/aggressive as iBi2. (pic is of someone else's car, just to show the style of it)

3. JDM mirrors with USDM internals, dark greyish turquoise/green colour. $50 for the pair, paint is pretty good on them.

4. Completely rebuilt KA24DE with 0miles on it, from a 1997 with 50,000 original miles $400 (Engine is on a pallet - I have more details about the specific parts changed in the rebuild, just ask! No pic though, sorry.) [tentatively sold]

5. 19"x7.5" ADR deep bronze 5 spoke wheels, tires finished, can be removed (No price or detailed pics yet, will get on that ASAP. In the meantime though, here they are.)

6. JDM amber Bluebird front turn signals $60 for the pair.

7. JDM powerfolding mirrors. They need to be repainted, OR just do like I did and swap the caps from your car on there. The only issue with these is I'm not sure if I wired them wrong, but one side seems to not work. I suck at electrical shit, so it's probably my fault. Maybe the switch contact on the driver's side is dirty...but if anyone has a way I can test them I'll try, don't have an Altima anymore though... As-is, $120 for the pair.

8. B&M short throw shifter. $70

9. JDM Toyota/Lexus ES300 yellow projector fog lights. I used these in my iBi2 kit with a little custom bracket, but you could use them on almost any car. These could use a flat black repainting, and glass polishing to look their best, but they're definitely not an eyesore.$70 for the pair

10. Misc parts, interior. $10 each.

11. Front strut brace (blue) and OEM style honey comb 1993-94 (fits up to 1997) front grille, unpainted, excellent shape. $20 each

I think that's it, but if I find anything else I'll post here. I know there's a set of stock springs and airbox, but can't imagine anyone wants those. FREE if you want them.

since I just recently came here to IL from Europe to marry my US fiancee soon.. whose nick is rabbit, so it's not the actual rabbits that i love in the first place... =) well ANYWAY, she is the one owning a 2000 Altima that I'm trying to get more familiar with, since I had driven basically (older) Veedubs, Merc and Opels (GM kinda) vehicles back in Europe. My first project is going to be to replace the defective factory DIN(?) slot CD radio by a used Becker GPS unit that i have already.
OK let's get back to this in the discussions forum, looking forward to talk to you guys there, gotta go right now.

Hey Guys,

Looking for suggestions. I don't want to spend exorbitant amounts of money for the OEM HIDs for my 2.5S so I would like to see what you guys thought were the most OEM looking HIDs?

I'm looking for some that are not blinding to the oncoming traffic and a color similar to the BMW, Acura, Lexus, Cadillac HIDs.

What are your recommendations for kits that will give me what I want?

I apologise in advance for this topic as I know there are tons of HID threads, but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for with the search and I know there are a lot of OEM upgraders on the forum who may have their valuable opinion to share.

ok so last night i'm picking my buddy up. as im pulling in his driveway i turned the music down and notice the car was sounding funny. Wasn't driving any different. no check engine lights. so shut the car off for a minute or two. started back up almost sounded like oil cap was off. know this from dealer not putting it back on after an oil change:banghead: . oil cap was on. so i start thinking exhaust leak maybe. but wouldn't i have felt or heard something? so yea car sounds like its 20 yrs old.
please any help or thoughts

EDIT car was idling fine .
it was reviving smooth
2.5s i just hit 30.000 last night
o and this morning i'm sitting at a light put it in neutral rev it and it would hit 2000 rpm and drop down to 1000. wouldnt go past 2000 rpms.
but when i got to work 5 mins later sitting in the parking lot tried it again and it revived normally???

Hey my name is chris, was just have'n more probs with my 02 sentra se-r spec v, so i just desided to start diggin online for some info, came acrossed this site, and found a lot of useful info, so i signed up...First off thanks to who ever posted how to reset the idle high control sensor,(PO507) it finally work on the 10 try, but it work, Just been through so much with this car, tho i love it, its a heart break at the same time...Nice to meet you all.:):sleep:
