I've had this annoying oil leak for quite some time now and now have the time to either fix it myself or at least get it fixed. I've done some searching and found that there is a simple O-ring on the distributor that can be replaced to stop the leak. I've taken the cap off and there is no oil inside so the leak is only at the entry point into the engine. Can I get this o-ring at the dealership without having to buy a new distributor and what would normal labor be to fix it?

I'm getting ready to tackle an intake manifold gasket leak and want to make sure that this oil leak problem won't be as labor intensive. I also want to fix it soon since this may have contributed to the leak in the intake gasket by allowing some of the leaking oil to be soaked up by the gasket...possibly.

Any help is appreciated.

Is there a cabin filter in my 99 Altima? I do not see it my service manual but if I look online for parts they list a cabin filter. Who is correct? If there is one where is it? Thank you.
