ok ice here you go:

t25/t28 turbo (id go with the t28 as it breathes a little better)
ebay turbo manifold
probably custom downpipe but you may be able to source one
370cc+ injectors
some type of exhaust
you said you have management covered...
you may consider a walbro 255lph fuel pump
adjustable fpr
oil lines for turbo
small intercooler
probably 2.5" intercooler piping

thats about it... you can source most everything i listed (minus some of the more altima specific stuff) from ka-t.org. those guys are always gettin rid of shit for dirt cheap

That list looks good. All its missing is self-control. Dont get an itchy finger to turn the boost from 8 to 12 and it'll be reliable on a stock motor. Just had my boost year anniverary in February, still runs like a champ on 7-8psi, semi-daily.

JWT will handle the management for me, so I don't think I'll be able to blow shit up.

I think he is auto. I can't remember if he swapped it over. Do you need a manual ecu to run the JWT program? I never looked into it.

I had a guide I made a while ago.

Essentially a stock SR20 FWD setup would do the trick

Link? And No, I have a JWT ECU in the car, programmed for an Auto. I'd need a Stock ECU while I wait for this JWT one to be reprogramed.

For the amount of effort your going to put in why only 200 hp? You can have a good SAFE setup and be in the 250-275 range.
