well, the tension rods have bushings, and I'm guessing the control arms do to.
When it comes to bushings, you have three ways to get them out:
1. press them out (a machine shop can do this for you if you don't have the tools)
2. drill them out (messy)
3. burn them out (messy, smelly and takes a long time)
Installing new ones though, is easier as they tend to just "slide right in".
OR if you decided to get aftermarket tension rods, control arms, etc. you probably won't have to worry about all that as they'll have bushings already in them
