How to replace rear license plate lights

Hello everyone, my name is joel

I have a 98 Nissan Altima GXE automatic here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

TOPIC:
one of my rear license plate lights is burned out. It doesn't seem like i can get at it from underneath and behind, nor can i get at it from inside the trunk. so i presume i have to use a flathead screwdriver and pop out the black frame.

please lmk how to replace the light. and please also lmk what size of light i need to replace it with? what size lightbulb do i go buy?

thank you all

Joel

Never tried to take it out, but I'd imagine it's not too hard.

Bulb is 194, though.
