New Transmission became like old Transmission?

Lately..i haven't been driving my Altima, since i've been on Semester break for 3 weeks..

but i've began to notice that the "new" transmission is showing characteristics of the old 1994 transmission:

0-20mph
- vroooooooo la-THUMP *shifts*

Step on the gas - rattles then goes

Reversing - sometimes when just put into reverse, it will automatically go to 1.5k rpms and reverse for me and i have to hold onto the brakes and makes a steady loud-ish rooooooovvvvvvvvvroooovvvvvvvvvvvv when reversing

Gears aren't "tight"
- when I first installed the 2k1 transmission, switching gear was really tight and acceleration was powerful and smooth shifts.

Now it's just loose as before switching gears and the acceleration is like "normal" compared to "awesome" when the new transmission was "new"

So what do you guys think is wrong? I don't remember too much but last time this happened I believe redlion told me I need a new tranny asap. lol and asleep as well.

My dad says he have known there is something not "quite 100%" with the car after all we fixed..and it's doing the same thing as the old engine/transmission
he thinks there must some sort of sensor or something that is messed up that he doesn't know about that is messing up the car, and says it has to be something less then a couple hundred bucks to fix..maybe something with timing?

But if it were a sensor, wouldn't you be getting a CEL... For example, if it were the speed sensor, you would definitely get a CEL. And timing? I thought they checked for all that when you had the swap done..?

for reverse check with dealership about a recall. the trottle cable gets pulled and forced to accellerate... make sure you have the stopers on that cable. they are clamps on the cable..

Could also be the person driving the Altima to hard. Remember it's not an F1 racer. Go easy on it slamming the gas every now and again is okay but romping on it every green light and slamming on the brakes for the next stop are goin to hurt it.
