01 Alitma Cylinder mis fire

i have an 01 alitma and it idles very rough. read the code it comes up as cylinder 4 misfire. im trying to fiqure out what the hell it could be. Spark plug, CPU error, idle timing, IDK?? Any suggestions??

Change your spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.
It should take care of the misfire and your car will be running smooth.
Reset the ECU by disconnecting and reconnecting the negative battery terminal, then see if the CEL comes back after that.

^ that doesnt reset the ECU in our cars. do a search to see how to reset the codes, or take it to autozone/etc where they can hook up a scanner and clear them

I disconnected my battery and it cleared the CEL that I got after the header install.

If the cylinder #4 misfire returns then it is likely a bad intake manifold gasket.
