Xenons & Exterior Color

So I got 2 quick questions..

What are some of the good Xenon headlights for an 01 Altima? I have seen a bunch on ebay, but I hear all too often of people getting screwed over.

Also...
I was wondering what to do here... When I bought the car, it had some previous body damage. Well, my 3rd day owning it, a wire spool fell off a truck on a highway and hit the front bumper, screwing it up some.. Reguardless, they are cutting me a personal check for $788. I know for sure I can pull the bumper off and the fender and replace both myself... Question is, the car is a bit faded on its paint.. So I was thinking of repainting it, but I'd like to do it a different color. Would it hurt the trade in value or overall value of the car if I repainted it a different color than the original?

Now would any random Ebay HID kit be good? Or do you recommend any?

i believe it will drop the value if you get a paint job at a local shop. but in my opinion if you were to sell the car and you had a fresh paint job (as long as the engine bay and door jams and what not match) i wouldnt drop the price any lower then bluebook value.

Honestly, I think it all depends. Some kits on there I guarantee are complete shit, but I'm sure there are others that aren't too bad. Usually, you can always tell by the price. If there is a kit for $50, and another one for $200, I mean you definitely are going to have a idea which one is going to be better. The brand of my HID Kit is SLC, I got 20000K:

There is a seller on ebay that sells nothing but SLC HID kits, and for a reasonable price too. I think they are around $75, and I thought I got a hook up deal paying $100 (I got mine from the Philly Auto Show).

Here's a link to his store:
