93 altima power loss

ok, i just bought my altima about 2 wks ago(93 gxe mint with 164*** miles, not a spot of rust at all), everything was fine until today. i was driving home, and the abs light came on, the tranny kicked out of overdrive(will not go back in) power windows no longer work, and the power seatbelts are stuck in the foreward position. and when i take off from a dead stop, it is almost like the brakes are dragging.i checked all the fuses, but no luck.are they all tied together
someone please help me..........

You can try resetting the ECM since it controls all the electrical functions in your car. Take off the connector to the negative terminal on your battery for several minutes, and reconnect it again.

does anyone know if these items all share a common ground(or even a common hot wire) where there might be a fuse or a fuseable link, that might be bad?

problem resolved

problem fixed, in the fuse box under the dash, the bottom left fuse marked "electronic parts" is the abs, tcm, windows, and seat belts!
which by the way is something that 15 different Nissan dealerships said weren't tied together in any way shape or form.......so, after 4 hours of diagnostics it ended up being a fuse that was corroded, basically a 2 second fix..... so now all is well again!!!!!!!!!!!
