NGK BKR5E-11 gap?

I own a 97 Altima. I bought new stock NGK plugs, for a stock engine (2.4L). What should the gap be and how many lbs torque to install them?

Last number stands for 11 mm or .044 in. as been said before me this is what the manual requires.
