NGK BKR5E-11 gap?

I own a 97 Altima. I bought new stock NGK plugs, for a stock engine (2.4L). What should the gap be and how many lbs torque to install them?

They are already pregapped at .044 and per the nissan fsm they should be torqued between 14 and 20 ft/lbs

Last number stands for 11 mm or .044 in. as been said before me this is what the manual requires.
