Currently, the transmission has a high pitched whine that sounds like an old posi-trac rearend. The cause is a bad output bearing on the driver's side. It's an expensive fix, so I'm waiting for it to crater.
All in all, it has been a great car. It served my wife without issue for 5 years. The first time a wrench was turned on it was at 96K miles. I'm going to keep it until it leaves me stranded somewhere, and then I'm going to leave it where it sits.
Just broke 200,000 on mine two weeks ago on my 2000. We had to replace the clutch somewhere in the 80-90,000 mile area but up until lately its been pretty good. The transmission blew an axle seal last week and lost most of the fluid. Taking the transmission to the shop tomorrow to to be rebuilt!
Oh yeah, had to replace the radiator 3 times I think it was, serpentine belt once, and window switch. Those have been the only real "big" things I can recall since 0 miles.

Reason: added info
The big two are the alternator and Rad, its looks like. Mine hasn't gone yet, I hope I don't get my turn, I'll be behind money wise for another 6 months at least I'm broke.
cruise control, dash clock, windshield washer and my sunroof motor have all quit working, then there's the issue with the mofo who side swiped my drivers side when i was parked in a parking lot(hit &run). that requires a new drivers door, front fender and the dings pulled out of the rear door + a new paint job.
