but if you paint the screws white like you said, not bad for a temp thing.
Looks pretty good when I go fast.

Oh and I have to show you guys a picture of my ghetto-rigged accelerator pedal. I got tired if the wood falling out that supported the plate and got a metal bar that I twisted and folded to fit to hold it in place.

Now I just need a welder.

Ebay charges too much for weather stripping you could pick for a hardware store, if you know what to look for.

If you don't have the money you should leave shit alone until you can can do something worth spending the money on.

these are, when all is said and done, 1st & 2nd gen beaters/DD's. some little bullshit experimenting is ok. it's not that serious imo.

now if we're talking a S2000, BMW M3, G, or the like. then it's a different story.

Maybe, I just believe that this line of thinking should be applied to any car a person drives. Shouldn't matter if its a BMW or other. I have seen Honda owners, with all their wild crazy stuff they do to ruin cars, eventually move up to a far nicer car only to ruin it also with the same mentality they had before. Just saying....besides its only a beater if it is seen this way.

A-FUCKING-Men! Preeeeeeeaaaaaach!!!!!!

I mean I've accepted a long time ago that the 1st & 2nd gen Forums are ABSOLUTELY pathetic. But it's still a buzz kill to come on here everyday and see the rigging, the cheapest of the cheap, and the lowest of the low.

Half ass mods look like shit. Something this forum will NEVER understand. Prob cause it's nothing but kids 1st car tryna "hook-up it up", or older heads just tryna maintain the car.

IDK maybe it's just me, but I think a car looks better clean & stock, then half-ass modded.

your on point Bee, I have to agree with you too. unfortunately, not many artists out there like you & me. 1st and foremost, i look at a car and i want to create something special, different and appealing...and bad ass. dope!

has to stay tasteful.

and then, at any cost, get it done. not many, since ive been here have done that. shit, its rare....

but, it is what is...have to be cool, and accept that. some people destroy cars

Hey, it's their money and their car, so if they want to ghetto it up, that's them. These cars aren't classics, inexpensive, and far from rare. It's a form of self-expression, so if they want to be different and do something unorthodox, let them.

What I did to my car is barely noticeable, and covers up some really ugly spots on my car.

Again, It's their car and their money.

I'm gonna draw all over the hood next

Dude check my art skills. Kinetic-A on deviantART

I might get brave (creative) enough to do something awesome on my hood, since the thing is pretty trashed anyways.
