Here's some ideas:

(Index) 65+ Vehicle modifications for better fuel economy - EcoModder.com

Autospeed article: adding a chin undertray to a 1st gen Prius - Fuel Economy, Hypermiling, EcoModding News and Forum - EcoModder.com

5th generation civic hatchback - improving aerodynamics - Fuel Economy, Hypermiling, EcoModding News and Forum - EcoModder.com

crxMPG – Gas mileage never looked so good DIY Front Grill Block

Like I said, these are not pretty mods and more like Home Depot tuner lol, but you have to remember that these are mods were done cheaply because they were meant with gas savings in mind, which of course means the cheaper the better.

The grille and underbody are things I have already started on, I have my dream underbody planned out and it all starts with using a rear bumper from a german car. I love sexy undercarriages lol.

I am lookin at these wheels / tires for my 99 GXE.

I have never heard of the brand of tires - anyone?

Good? Bad? Ugly?

What do you think? I am hating the hubcaps.

17 ICW racing wheels, Wanli S-1099 tires

The price isn't too bad, but the wheels are ugly, IMO.... I'm not a fan of full chrome though.

^ WOW.

And Terry, those wheels are beyond TERRIBLE. You are better off with Steelies with 2 flats and bird shit on them, then having them on your car.

Just to beat the dead horse and reiterate, those wheels look extremely awful. Like I can't describe the nausea I feel when I look at them.

Hope this helps Terry, seriously. Save your $ and spend it wisely. Get the right wheels, the first time. And chrome =

Black FTMFW. Get some XXR 006's or 522's, or something.

19lbs each and just $99

and black like B mentioned, if thats you.

20lbs each @ $121

they have a few low cost options that are decent, imo. of course you'd have to buy tires too i know it aint easy being a family man. but save n wait, you'll be happier
