looks gorgeous. I'm going to probably do the license plate, but I might hold off on the actual taillight until someone makes a true LED one. This looks amazing though.

Then again, if I get rear overlays, I might as well swap out the taillights, eh? Decisions, decisions!

Which tail light LED do you get? there is a 3156 and 3157....one is single circuit and the other is dual circuit.

Looks good! Thanks for giving the link. I will order the 27 SMT red LEDs for my SE next week.

The brake light is a 3157, the dual circuit one...

Thanks... more to come. I'll be doing the turns and reverse's next. The turns are gonna have to wait til it gets warm out. I gotta use 1 resistor for the circuit (since I'm doing the front too), so I'm just gonna wait til I do the HID's and everything else. Yellow fogs are coming as well.

If you're talking about the taillights, dont' do it. They suck. I tried those first and had horrible results, including reliability (contact broke after about a month)

Hello. I been following this thread for sometime now and I finally installed license plate LED, Brake LED and reverse LED. Looks real nice. I'll post pics when it's nice out.

Do you need anything special to use these bulbs?

Not at all, but again, don't use them as low beams. I'm going to get some for my fogs, but I'm pretty sure that'll end up being purely for color and that's it.
