I dropped the Altima this weekend. Used Tein S Springs with OEM struts. This could not have been easier, only took me and a buddy 2 hours with air tools and a 6 pack. Car is a 2005 3.5 SE 5MT on stock 17's.

all we need are springs to lower our cars? i thought we needed both shocks/ struts.
You can run drop springs with the stock shocks and struts, but they will die eventually. Most likely within a year or so depending on the road conditions.
